Cancellation Policy
We hope you understand that as a small, independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. We do everything we can to be fair and flexible.
Deposits
A deposit of £85 per night is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. However, if we are able to rebook your dates, we will happily refund it in full.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel more than 10 days before your arrival and we can rebook your dates, your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel within 10 days of arrival and we are unable to rebook the dates, the full balance will be due. If we can rebook your dates, we will refund your deposit and there will be nothing else due.
We simply ask that you keep us informed as soon as possible so we can do our best to help.
Adverse Weather
In the event of adverse weather where you are unable to reach Singdean or Alpnhaus, we’re unable to offer refunds. If bad weather prevents you from leaving, additional nights will be charged at the normal rate (or a reduced rate at our discretion).
We strongly recommend that you take out your own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including weather disruptions.
If We Need to Cancel
In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking (for example, due to circumstances beyond our control), we will refund your deposit and any payments made in full. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for any additional costs or losses.
